C.A.R.E.S. PROGRAM

Coastal Air + Refrigeration Essential Services (C.A.R.E.S.) is an annual plan that helps you with preventative maintenance to keep your heating and cooling system running all year long with no surprises that can be costly and unexpected.

Another reason to have your system tuned-up is to make sure it’s running at a high level of efficiency. What would happen to your car if you never had the oil changed or took it to the shop for a tune-up? The same is true for your home’s comfort system.

No matter how good or expensive your equipment is, regular maintenance is a necessity. Annual maintenance is essential to both your heating and cooling system.

WE INCLUDE A

CLEAN & CHECK-UP

Check thermostat operation
Check defrost components
Test defrost
Clean filter (if possible) or replace (customer supplied)
Inspect contractors, relays, and circuit boards
Inspect disconnect
Check operating pressures
Inspect indoor blower motor operation and blower for dirt buildup
Inspect condensate drain
Check capacitors and start components
Inspect bearings and lubricate all moving parts
Inspect and clean outdoor coil, remove debris, and advise of condition
Inspect and test safety switches
Inspect duct seal at unit and secure panels
Inspect and clean indoor coil and advise of condition
Check and document superheat and subcool (cooling)
Check voltage and amperage to all motors and compressor
Explain necessary repairs, if any
Inspect wiring and tighten electrical connections if necessary
Check and document system temperature split
Run and test system

Coastal comfort club: residential HVAC maintenance agreement

As Coastal Comfort Club Members, your heating and cooling systems will receive two maintenance visits per year by our expert technicians. Our goal is to keep your systems working at peak performance for years to come! Coastal Comfort Club Members will receive two (2) Comfort Visits per year performed ONLY in the following months, during normal business hours.
